[UPDATED 2-17-2010]If the video gaming world needs anything less than a new tower defense game, it’s a new twin stick shooter. Despite that, here is Cyborg Mice Arena on Xbox 360 as one of the Indie Games. So what does it do to make itself different from the many others out there? Read on to find out.

I updated the Upcoming Releases Page for the releases this week, including the new PSP Go.
Have you ever played a Dynasty Warriors game (not counting the first one)? Have you ever played any of the spin-offs like Samurai Warriors or Warriors Orochi? How about the Empires spin offs? If so, you will know that these games hardly change at all and come out multiple times a year. This is one series that is worse than Madden in terms of lack of progress and number of releases… So why did I have so much fun playing?
If you are a fan of Family Guy you may remember the first episode when it came back from cancellation (North by North Quahog). In the beginning of this episode Peter lists off a long list of shows that “Well I suppose if all those shows go down the tubes we have a shot.” Wonderfalls is one of those shows mentioned, but unlike a lot of the others, it should not have been. The show has been out on DVD for a few years now, but I just recently sat down and watched it all and I enjoyed it very much. The show was canceled before all episodes were aired, but the DVD set contains all 13 episodes.
This may seem like sort of a cop-out, but after class and playing games tonight, I didn’t have anything ready to post, but I can tell you about what I thought of the 3 XBLA games released yesterday. This post will delete once I get “real” reviews for each game. I will also post a “real” review later on today.
Now that I have a review up for Dr. Mario Online RX (WiiWare) I have updated my Dr. Mario Express review a bit. Click here to see my updated Dr. Mario Express review.
Probably the most popular genre at this point, at least in terms of number of games being released, is the “Tower Defense” genre. With so many coming out and being so popular, and with them being quick to pick up and play, it was only a matter of time before Pop Cap Games decided to get in on it. Enter Plants vs. Zombies for the PC. Instead of towers, you plant different plants in a garden to strategically place them to ward off zombies from entering your house. Is this twist enough to keep you playing?
